Bowring}/G.KW., addressed for the attention of Mr. Bailey, wherein you criticize the design of the front brackets, you will have gathered from our reply of the 6th instant that these brackets were intentionally designed to toe inwardly. Just in case you desire any modification we shall be only too delighted to arrange same.
