compound valve which had to be balanced & so caused the load to be very minute (5 lbs). There is a space, in these inclined valves, where big lumps of dirt can settle in an area of low oil speeds, out of the way. I imagine that too small valve springs & valve parts become expensive due to their delicate nature, so on the sketch I have indicated | ||
