Bailey - Chief Engineer} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} BG Expl. No. 22437 REF. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/LG28. 8. 25. OBJECT OF TEST. TESTER Increase power of Eagle engine; T.A. Gibson. A.{Mr Adams} Rubbra. CONDITIONS. Test bench. SUMMARY OF TEST. It will be seen from the attached report and curves that the Eagle engine is capable of being boosted up to a considerable increase in H.P. It would appear that we have by no means exhausted the possibility of improvements in induction pipes. Valve timing could also be usefully investigated further. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
