We are expecting to have this car completed, and have fitted to it all the latest parts instructed so that it will represent a model of the cars being built, in 10 days time. The chassis is fitted with a Barker open touring body which has already been used for Brake Tests in France. It is impossible for us to make a very well-finished job of the coachwork because we cannot leave it with the Coachbuilders. When the car has been approved by WW. and Sales it will immediately cross over to France. We anticipate that the car will cross over about Feb. 9th. I propose bringing the car myself to Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence for you to approve before the road tests commence. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
