3 1/2 Litre Bentley - Flywheel.
We have had a Flywheel develop loose during the running of an engine on the Unit Test Bed. We found all the nuts on the bolts securing the flywheel to the crankshaft loose when we dismantled the engine. We had carried out a certain amount of running at 4500 revs. in connection with the development of some new carburetter needles - we had not knowingly exceeded this R.P.M.
The Crankshaft has been dismantled and is now in the hands of Sft.{Mr Swift}
