Dear Sirs,
In reply to your letter of March 9th, we would suggest that, as the issue you raise in connection with lubricating oil recommendations may involve lengthy correspondence, our Mr. G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} W. Todd, who is responsible for handling such matters, comes up to Derby at some early and mutually convenient date.
We shall be happy to do all we can to ensure an arrangement which will be satisfactory to you, and Mr. Todd will probably be able to effect this without much difficulty.
Will you kindly suggest a suitable appointment?
Yours faithfully,
For SHELL-MEX AND B.P. LTD.,
Manager - Technical & Research Dept.
All offers subject to acceptance by return of post unless otherwise stated
