We shall be very glad for your man Whyman to attend to the cars; if you will please let me know what day you propose sending him up, I will try and arrange for them to be available at Cricklewood - or at least one of them, namely Sir Banister Fletcher, who has agreed to let us have his car soon after Whitsun to go into the question of the petrol consumption.

The other customer, Mr. Fraser Henderson, insists on our sending a man to Tunbridge Wells and this we have already fixed up to do on Tuesday next.
If, therefore, you could give Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} any information or suggestions, perhaps he could instruct his man what to do to the carburettor. Failing this, if you can let Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} have a carburettor the best thing might be for his man to change it over and let you have the one off the car back for attention.

With regard to Major Monro, as a matter of fact Br.had already fitted a filter on the carburettor side of the flex, as he had found a lot of deposit coming through this connection, and fitted it for Major Monro to try. So that unless you have any other modifications we could carry out on Major Monro's car we think the best thing would be to let him carry on for the time being. Of course, if there are any modifications you can suggest, we know Major Monro would very much appreciate having them.
