"CORNICHE" - EXHAUST SYSTEM.

Please receive herewith :-

E.CD.1344 Exhaust Manifold - "Corniche".

The flanges of the manifold which are bolted to the cylinder head are the same as for the B.V. manifold, the branches open out at the central downtake flange to a size to suit a 3.000 diameter downtake pipe as asked for by Experimental Department.

We have shown a four bolted downtake flange with the long bolts, recently suggested for trial on the B.V. exhaust pipe.

Remainder of the exhaust system is being designed and will follow on shortly.

In the meantime, will you please detail and instruct the manifold casting to be put in hand for the experimental car.
