X4217 RE "ESSEX" CAR.
We return herewith the old licence for the "Essex" car expiring the 24th March, per registered post.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the H.P. of this car has been understated on the licence, The H.P. by R.A.C. rating actually is 18.22, the bore of the engine being 3.375. The licence gives the H.P. as 14.4
