In talking the matter over with Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}, in view of the increased time requirements specified by the O.O. it is essential that in order to work to the new program we should clear up all our material by July 7th, that is, a fortnight from date. I am mentioning this particularly because it means that a number of the sections we have held up we shall no doubt have to release and run the risk of scrapping raw material, if, and when, we decide to standardise the later proposals. You will have a copy of the sheets which I am issuing to my different sections, which would shew you exactly what parts were held up and that it will be necessary for us to release before the 7th of July.
