To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} x7960 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}17/KW.3.1.35. Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s Car. In addition to the parts that we have already asked you to prepare for Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car, he has made a request that we should fit the new type of clutch if this is possible. The only set of parts we have are on C-10. The necessary modifications to these are, the back plate to be made to G.56836 modified to the latest drawing, the driven plate cut up into sectors and .012 back plate movement. We believe that VM.20 lining is fitted to the clutch; if so this does not want changing. We should like the flywheel removed from Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car to be replaced on C-10 unit. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
