X.4310. SHUTTERS FOR RADIATORS. X.3456.

Attached herewith is a leaflet explaining the "Winterfront" Shutter which can be obtained in the U.S.A. I saw a large number of Cars fitted with these whilst I was there. I also noticed that several R-R cars were running about in New York fitted with Shutters on the outside of the Radiator.

One feature about the "Winterfront" which is an advantage, is the fact that there is a trip arrangement by which the shutters can be closed by hand so as to retain the heat when the car is left standing.
