X.2515 39, Munster Road, Fulham. S.W.6. To By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from EFC. ------------------ 25th April 1921. X.3564 X.2515. RE FUSE CLIP FOR LUCAS JUNCTION BOX. Mr. Brock and myself visited Messrs. Lucas on Saturday morning last. One of the points taken up was the matter of the R.R. type fuse clips for their junction box. They did not take kindly to the R.R. fuse holder but proposed a holder as per enclosed sample, the feature of which is that the spring pressure on the wire is independent of that on the clip. I do not feel this would be acceptable to us so perhaps after discussing it with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} you will write them in the matter. Their argument applies to tin wire, but we want to use copper. EFC. (upside down text at bottom) R.R. 282A 100(T) (S.H. 798. 10-12-20) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 2947 | ||
