To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re SpectreCodename for Phantom III. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}6/E24.7.35

In the daily report of the 20th it says that both back tyres were worn out and discarded after 2963 miles.

I can hardly believe this to be true but, if so, it is alarming and must be investigated.

There is also a reference in the report to the extraordinary wear of the near side front tyre which should be investigated as well.
