Dear Mr Robotham:

In reply to your letter of the 26th instant, the casting of crankshafts here is undergoing a complete revision of plant and layout and is, consequently, being carried on under most unfavourable conditions.

We shall, however, be quite pleased to show your representatives round the foundry when some of the new plant will be working.
