Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd.,

For the Attention of Mr. L.H. Swindall.

Dear Sirs,

Re Metalastik Flexible Dynamo Coupling.

We have to acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your enquiry dated October 24th, for a Flexible Dynamo Coupling (SCD 940) to your Drawing Nos EXS. 1143/4/5.

It will be quite within our scope to give you a flexibility of not less than 8 degrees at the maximum torque of 10lbs/ft, and there will be no need to make any modification to your suggested design.

We prefer to supply the Coupling complete with Flanges and we have much pleasure in enclosing herewith our Quotation for samples and quantities.

We would draw your attention to a letter to us dated the 9th August last, signed by Mr. Grylls, enclosing a Drawing of a Dynamo Coupling EW.1438. Will you please let us know if the Quotation which we are submitting now is relative to a Coupling which supercedes this design.

Yours faithfully,
METALASTIK LIMITED
