To C. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to CWB. X50810 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LGS.1.27. Replying to C12/Cl.1.27. It was arranged when CWB. was in Derby sometime ago, that we should receive samples of choked petrol jets - i.e. when a car went to Cricklewood with this fault, the jet would be taken out complete and replaced with a spare, and the choked jet or cone would be sent to Derby for us to examine. If we could see the actual material which stopped up the jet then we should have a much better idea of what kind of filter is necessary. The difficult is that although we run thousands of miles on 20 HP. experimental cars, we do not have this trouble. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
