This car went into the Paris Depot a few weeks ago for the new axle shafts to be fitted.
We arranged for this job to be done at Paris because we thought it the most economical way. Owing to the present overtime regulations in France, this has taken a very long time.
We have talked it over with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} who agrees that in future, we should revert to our original method of sending out a fitter to do this type of work. Since the report you mention we have forwarded you one dated 23rd. March.
