We arranged for this job to be done at Paris because we thought it the most economical way. Owing to the present overtime regulations in France, this has taken a very long time. We have talked it over with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} who agrees that in future, we should revert to our original method of sending out a fitter to do this type of work.
