PHANTOM - COMBINED WHEEL AND LUGGAGE CARRIER AT REAR. X. 8400 X. 8600

Herewith we send N.sch.2366 shewing the above combination modified in detail so as to bring it into line with the work which R.{Sir Henry Royce} did on the separate luggage grid before going to France.

The modifications consist of making the side member of a 'U' instead of an 'L' section and the hinge joints have been slightly re-arranged.

We have sent this to R.{Sir Henry Royce} and we think that as the modification is not extremely urgent it would be wise to wait for his remarks before taking any further action.
