COPY N-W. Br1/S23.10.25. re Chassis 5-MC. Sales (Barker Trials) Car brought in. 8.10.25. Messrs Barkers had complained to Sales Department that the Brakes were squeaking badly on their Trials car and they were anxious to have the car in good condition for the Show. We had cured this trouble a short while previously by roughing up and rebedding the brake liners. It was considered, therefore, that the only possible thing to do to ensure X good quiet brakes for the Show Week would be to reline these throughout. This work we did and the brakes were quite satisfactory on test. The total cost of this work is £8.4.10. and the owners will not expect any charge for same. Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} | ||
