NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I COMPLAINTS. ----------------------- BJ1/H30/11/25: Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} states that the report sent along is most useful, and recommends that further issues of this report should make it clear whether the complaint emanates from a customer or from a R.R. official. He also states it would be exceedingly useful to the Experimental Dept. if they could receive similar sheets from our Depots. He considers R.D.Derby, R.D.Cricklewood, and R.D.Paris, should send reports quarterly of the chief complaints from customers, and how they have overcome them. He is of the opinion we do not receive sufficient information from our Repair Depots. Will you please forward a copy of this list of New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I complaints to Paris, if you think it advisable, and ask them if they will please forward us quarterly a report as suggested above.
