Querying how to proceed with invoices for Telegauges from H. M. Hobson Ltd. for which no order was issued.

We have received from H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Hobson,Ltd. two invoices on which we are charged with 3 Telegauges complete at £4. 0. 0.each, one of which they say was brought here by hand on July 5th last, the other two being received on the 3rd inst. through the Receiving Stores in the usual way.

As we are unable to release these invoices for payment, owing to the fact that no order appears to have been issued, will you please give the Order Office the necessary instructions to issue an order if the instrument may be paid for.

If same are to be held in abeyance please advise us. Meanwhile with regard to the Telegauge they say was brought by hand, will you kindly let the Stores have the necessary instructions to book same in.
