Concerning Mr. Royce's memorandum of the 11th March R4/D11 on Speed Tests on Brooklands Track, I am writing to the Brooklands people concerning the stateof the Track.
I am glad that Mr. Royce agrees with the opinion which I had, that the 100 miles per hour on the track was worth going for.
