Re. Phantom III - Jackalls.

Dear Sirs,

Confirming our 'phone conversation of even date, we have arranged with the L.M.S. Railway Co. to collect the Phantom 111 chassis (dummy) to-morrow morning, for shipment to you, per goods train.

We also acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 1st inst., and would advise that you now have ample clearance between the jack and the track rod on full lock in either direction.

With reference to the weights of the junction boxes, these were given in the weights handed to you on the 17th Dec. being the 6th and 7th items, there being three single knuckles (two on the front and one on the rear) and one T piece and knuckle which is fitted on the rear axle, these being 3.lbs and 1.lb 3.ozs respectively.

Assuring you always of our very best attention;

Yours faithfully,
pp. S. Smith & Sons (Motor Accessories) Ltd.
