WHITE STRIPING.

It gives an impression that the paint is peeling off in patches, causing us great expense and trouble. It is defective in some manner.
The car user will not wait to hear excuses, but will believe that we are using inferior paint.
Our reputation for good work has been damaged.
The result was that we had for a period to use an English product and arrange stoving.
The position of the person who passed the work must also be considered.
The explanation and investigation is entirely our affair, and we cannot tell the customer that the above firm are at fault.
It is most urgent to inspect the first car and report our findings at once.
