I think that no change should be made to the present dynamo without proper tests and a standardisation sheet. You will note that R.{Sir Henry Royce} has written against the change, and we shall have no justification to put before R.{Sir Henry Royce} if we do not carry out proper tests. Of course, we should push along with these tests with a view to standardisation when we get everybodys agreement.
