You will remember that there has been trouble on two occasions with the rear spring clips coming loose on this car. On the last occasion the car was at the Works,and the matter was attended to by the Production Test Dept. under the supervision of the Works Officials, and the spring clips were specially bedded. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} has telephoned up from London this afternoon and has reported that 'N' have again had this car in their hands for attention in this respect, and 'N' state that they have been able to give the nuts two complete turns.
