Modification to 20 HP clutches to resolve an issue with non-case-hardened pins.

With reference to P4/RJ.30.11.29. we are of the opinion that the cause of the trouble is due to the fact that the pins carrying the toggle levers are not case hardened, therefore we have now arranged for them to be made in C.H.N.S. and suitably hardened, also to fit bushes in the levers.
