BATTERY IGNITION TROUBLES ON CUSTOMERS CHASSIS.

Thank you for your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/HEW/WGL.20.5.31 - the only comment we have to make is that the men concerned have no voltmeters, nor, as you know, is one included in the customers kit, although the use of one is recommended in our Instruction Book.

Do you think it worth while to issue voltmeters to the Inspecting Engineers and testers and what would be the cost of doing so?
