Thank you for your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/HEW/WGL.20.5.31 - the only comment we have to make is that the men concerned have no voltmeters, nor, as you know, is one included in the customers kit, although the use of one is recommended in our Instruction Book.
