X.4414V Batteries. Two batteries, P+R BD{Mr Berend}11-1 and C.A.V. 12XR2-2 have recently been found to be faulty. P+R, BD{Mr Berend}11-1 This battery was received 24.11.21. After passing through the experimental routine tests, it was put on 1EX 12.12.21, on which car it did 10,664 miles up to 2.10.22. when it was returned to us. Its performance on the car was reported satisfactory, but on our receiving it, and attempting to charge it up, although it was on charge for days, it did not seem to get more than half charged. At the same time it was noticed that the battery got very warm.
