X8830 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn{Mr Robinson}2/LG. Expl: Dept: 6th. Nov. 1928. Messrs. Rootes Ltd., Devonshire House, Piccadilly, London. Dear Rootes, We were all very interested in the car which Mr. Bryan brought to the Works last week. Personally I think it was the nicest closed body I have ever seen on a Phantom. It also seemed very free from booming. The tilting of the window and plush occasional-seats are an excellent innovation. I shall be in London next week and hope to be able to see you for a little while to discuss a possible customer for this body. Yours faithfully, | ||
