Now that we have deleted the air vent from the low pressure cap on the SS.{S. Smith} front damper, there is a danger of air being trapped over this valve and being unable to escape. We should be obliged if you would go into the drawing so that the hole drilled from this chamber to the dynamic restrictions reaches as high up as possible.
