1021. 1st March, 1941. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAC.5/RH.{R. Hollingworth} Messrs. Weathershields Ltd., 147-163, Bishop Street, BIRMINGHAM, 5. Attention of Mr. Taylor. Dear Sirs, We have received a letter from your Mr. Clements with reference to impregnated felts for sliding roofs, in which he tells us that you are sending us some new felts in a few day's time, and that you are using the same type of felt that hasbeing fitted at present. While the wearing and sliding qualities of these will be better when impregnated, our opinion is that the felt is too soft and wears too quickly. We think that a close block felt, cut to shape would be much more satisfactory. Yours faithfully, | ||
