Dear Sirs, :CHASSIS LIGHTING DYNAMO: In answer to your favour of the 14th inst. on the question of the sample Dynamo which we have in hand for you, this will be ready in about a week from now, and our Electrical Department have been instructed to give this their special attention and to get same through earlier if possible. By the way, we notice you mention "Two Dynamos"; we have only one in hand for you at the moment - do you wish us to make it two, if so, we will put the second in hand immediately. If you will let us know if you want this Machine earlier, we will take the matter up very specially with our Factory with a view to getting same through. We have pleasure in enclosing you a drawing showing the external dimensions of the Dynamo, and if there is any further information we can give you, we shall be only too pleased to do so on receipt of your esteemed instructions.
