We attach copy of memo. received from Mr. Bellringer:-

The instructions No.117 are instructions issued by us to the effect that rivets should not be cut below the surface of the Ferodo, as we rely on he rivets to take the heat away.

We shall be glad to have your comments as soon as possible.
