20/25 HP. Car - GZU-24.

Replying to C15/C.26.11.34.

We should like you to make a point of
having the car jacked up as frequently as is
convenient for a few weeks, in order to test out
these Jacks. If, in addition, somebody could
take the car to a fairly steep hill and jack it up,
and also do the same thing on a heavily cambered road,
it would satisfy us that these Jacks are reasonably
serviceable.

After these tests the cast brackets
attaching the Jacks to the axles should be examined,
as these are the weakest points.

The front harmonic stabilising bumper
fitted to this car weighs 66 lbs. After our
experience with the Bentley we feel that this is
unnecessarily heavy. If therefore at any time it is
felt that the front end movement on certain types of
20/25 warrants an harmonic stabiliser, we shall go
into the question of developing something of a more
reasonable weight.
