Remarks.

Sec.1280. The first four mountings have a parking stop comprising of the following Nos. EUM 2/6 EUS 2/7 EUM 1/9 EUS 1/4 EUS 7/9 EUS 8/1 EUS 8/14 EUS 5/1 EUS 2/8. This design was introduced by the LMS and has proved unsatisfactory. For mountings 5 and onwards see LOP.QR.243.

Sec.1270. The assembly of sights will be altered as soon as possible to LOP.QR.242 due to a modification to the ejector shield.

All sights existing to LOP.QR.206, will be changed over retrospective to LOP.QR.242 as soon as these parts are available.
