20 HP. CHASSIS.FRONT SPRINGS.

We have supplied you with six springs, piece no. F.53859. The springs in question are 20 HP. springs, 650 lbs. capacity. These were ordered up in accordance with N.Scheme No.2074, which represented a complete design of spring, the proportions and stresses of which West WitteringHenry Royce's home town were entirely responsible for.

The object of supplying the springs in question is that you should test them out against similar springs of Messrs Firths' design.

The springs in question are those which were described fully in BY/HEB{H. Biraben}15/M.12.11.25. I am only recapitulating the matter to prevent the springs being mislaid or overlooked.
