Dear Sir,

With further reference to your letter of the 26th ult, we have now heard from our Technical Department at Derby and they assume from your letter that you have a preference for increased braking on the front wheels of your car. They gather this from the fact that you express your liking for the Packard brakes, and this car, in our opinion, has far too much braking on the front.

We have recently fixed up one of our owners with some non-standard braking proportions and he appears to be delighted with the result.

If you would like us to make a similar arrangement on your car, and will let us have it at our Works at Derby, we shall be pleased to fix this up for you. We should like to have a few days' notice in order that we may prepare the necessary material.

Perhaps you will kindly let us have your instructions in this matter.

We are, dear Sir,
Yours faithfully,
For BENTLEY MOTORS (1931) LTD.,

Director.
