S/W Re Goshawk. X3816 C1/C25.7.22. The following is extract from the Minutes of the Sales Conference held on the 18th inst, at which were present BJ., C., Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}, Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}, Sp.{Mr Spinney}, HO., and JLE{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager}:- "Petrol Tank Provision." The Works had decided not to supply a division in the petrol tank but to supply an indicator on the tank. It is considered that this is not sufficient; that a division would be preferable if possible, and in any case an indicator on the dashboard to show the amount of petrol in the tank. The Works to be asked to investigate the various types on the Market, such as the Nivex and the Rotherham." Will you kindly go further into this matter and investigate the various types of indicator.
