Dear Robotham,

Very many thanks for your letter of the 23rd November, with copy of letter re engine suspension.

Apparently your patent was cited against Chrysler at the time he applied for his, so that he has endeavoured to keep clear of it.

I have to see our Patent Agent in a day or two to go into the whole question, and if he has succeeded in covering some combination which is apparently not anticipated, I shall bother you again in the hope that you may have some record of anticipation in the course of your experimental work.
