Test report on two types of hydrometers, a float type and a syringe type.

To Mr.Brock/Mr.Watson, X3741 EFC2/T8.6.27. RE HYDROMETERS HANDED TO US FOR TEST. Float type hydrometer. We find this to read quite correctly as compared with our large float standard. Syringe type hydrometer. The float of this is altogether wrong, reading consistently too low. Though we cannot see it, we think there must be an entrance, as the inside of the float contains moisture. A new float is therefore required. The two hydrometers are returned herewith. EFC. | ||
