Dear Mr.Cowen, Further to your letter of the 15th inst. as intimated I have again taken this matter up with the India Tyre & Rubber Company and do not think I can do better than to send you copy of a communication I have received from them today. In my reply I have drawn their attention to the fact that in all cases where we instruct them to send covers and tubes to your Works at Derby, they are to be specially balanced covers and tubes together.
