Dear Capt. Bowman,

Many thanks for your letter of the 16th inst. enclosing copy of letter you have received from Rolls-Royce Ltd. dated 15th inst. together with copy of your reply dated 16th inst.

We are quite agreeable to Rolls-Royce Ltd. returning any tyres that are more out of balance than can be overcome by the use of balance weights direct to us, and we will immediately send replacements.

You may inform Rolls-Royce Ltd. that we are doing everything possible to arrange to specially balance our Covers and Tubes together, so that when Chassis Manufacturers call for balanced covers and tubes they will be able to obtain them from us.

We will notify you as soon as we are in a position to give delivery of such balanced covers and tubes.

Yours faithfully,
INDIA TYRE & RUBBER CO (G.B) LTD.
