To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re 104-MY. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}9/E29.5.34 I am in receipt of Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/KW.25.5.34. In view of what you say, I quite agree that it would not be much use fitting Halford tappets to 104-MY. When you have the Cadillac scheme, or whatever scheme it is that you are going to fit to 28-EX, in a sufficiently advanced state, you might let me know as it might be as well to fit them to my car to get some ordinary experience with them. I note that the tank and gauge are now ready. I imagine that this job could be fairly easily done at N. If so, please send the parts there and let me know when you have done so so that I canarrange to send the car in. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
