E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} The following is an extract from Na.{Mr Nadin}c. Mr Royce's memo R3/P 31.7.14 :-

"The comparison of these with louvred "bonnets and with single shuttered bonnet, "and with bonnets without shutters at all "can be made on the dynamometer quite easily, "with the same car and the same radiator. "The radiator should be one of the latest "type, that is the Orme Evans square tube "honeycomb."
