Mr. Elliott is in France and has instructed me to reply to your memo. EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T131025. The fixed cutout contact point is in good condition, a highly polished horizontal strip about .050 wide extends across the point, and above it there is a slight black crevice with a bright centre. The movable contact point is bright all over but shews a roughened spot which corresponds to the crevice on the other point. I hope this is the information you require.
