Bernard Hopps, Esq.
Messrs. Lodge Plugs Ltd.
Rugby.

Dear Mr. Hopps,

Further to my letter of today's date ref. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/AD. I forgot to mention that I want some 14 mm. spark plugs for one of our car engines which has about the same characteristics as the present stepped insulated 18 mm. plug which you are supplying as standard for our 40/50 HP. cars.

I understand that while I was away they have tried some of your 14 mm. plugs but that they pre-ignited and were not good.

The engine will be ready for test in a day or two and therefore I shall be very glad to know what you can do as soon as possible after the holidays.

Yours sincerely,
