Dear Sirs, We recently wrote to Messrs Dobbie Mc.Innes Ltd., to find out whether they made a Summers Torsional Vibration Indicator. They replied that they do not, but thought you might be able to give us some information on this subject. We do not quite know if this means that your Company manufactures such a machine or merely has experience of it. Perhaps you would let us know which is the case.
