Exhaust Systems of 6-B-IV and 35-EX.

Thanks for your memos. and sketches of breakages on the exhaust sytems of the above cars.

With regard to 35-EX, this is the first case of a breakage at this particular point and the matter has been put-up to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} He is issuing instructions today for a modification.

Regarding 6-B-IV system will you please send it back to Derby as soon as possible for our inspection.
